Liked our stay, had great 1 day overall. The hotel had a central location on area around the property being safe. Also, we were able to visit Diamond Oaks Park, that was 2 miles from the hotel.

My favorite property in Roseville. Clean hotel and reasonably spacious rooms. - Location - favorable, just next door to shops, restaurants, and stores. - Continental breakfast catered for guests.

The room was incredible and cheap, the hotel was fairly clean. The excellent onsite restaurant had plenty of food.

Great way to wrap up our weekend! the rooms were super cozy, although the bathroom was a bit far away. the location was pretty good - close to shops, restaurants, and even Sacramento. 🛍️

TV was fair and the staff was pleasant. The bed was comfortable. The room was quite private.
I didn't like the fact that they advertised that they had free wifi but after checking in I couldn't get on the internet. Their only excuse was that other guests had stolen the wifi units out of the rooms. They promised they would find me one but didn't. They took ten dollars off the room but I would gladly have paid ten dollars to have the internet that night. I had work to do using the internet and couldn't do it!!! I was extremely disappointed with my first experience with Heritage Inn and probably will look for a motel with 'working' wifi in the future.

I loved have a jaccuzzi in our room plus it was so nice and quiet. The staff was great and I definately will return. There was nothing that I did not like other than the fact that when toasting my bagel at the continental breakfast made the smoke detector go off small inconvienience but funny, GREAT JOB TO YOUR STAFF>>>>>>>

The bed was lousy. Every time I rolled over the sheet came off and there was no mattress pad....the toilet leaked and the night time desk lady was rude...I Called to see if I could get extra pillows and she hung up on me. I will never stay at that hotel again

No grab bars for the tub which had very high sides. Dish TV sucks! No CBS and too few choices.

Comfortable room that's a good size, comes with a coffee maker for your caffeine fix, and has soap for freshening up as promised. 🛁

Price & location
Hotel is rundown, in need of repair. First room had large leak in bathroom. Grounds were not well taken care of. Wi fi was too far away to connect up.

- Large size of room - refrigerator and microwave - location (close to freeway but not too close) - comfy bed - clean room
- Breakfast ended too soon (9 am, even on Sunday) - breakfast unreliable - some days there were bananas and oatmeal, some days not. - bathtub is great but needs a non-slip mat
